SHIPPING POLICY
All Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In order for the order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
● The order was purchased in the last 14 days
● The order is in the original packaging
Your order cannot be returned IF:
The order was made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The order is not suitable to be returned due to the tendency to deteriorate rapidly or expire.
The order is suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The order is, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
